General Question #1: Q: Why can't I log in?
A: 1. You completed the registration form.
2. You received and clicked the verification link in the verification email.
3. You are using the correct login info. Caps locked on?
4. If you completed the registration form and clicked the link in the verification email you should be able to request a new password. When all fails please use the Contact Us link in the main navigation for help.
Question #2: Q: Why didn't I get a verification email?
A: It sometimes takes up to 30 minutes to receive but normally will arrive in only a few minutes.
Check your spam folder. If not there either
you may have to whitelist our email address by adding support@webtrafficircle.com to your address book on your email provider. Or follow the whitelisting instructions supplied by them.
We try to make our emails as anti spam compliant as possible but some email providers will still ban us. Getting a Gmail account should solve the problem. They are free and accept most email with easy to use filters for those emails you don't want.
